All vehicles are carefully maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
In the event of a minor breakdown, i.e a repair that can be effected immediately, a technician is dispatched and the driver continues his journey within a reasonable time frame.
In the event of a major breakdown, i.e major repairs need to be carried with major time delays to be experienced. The vehicle is moved to a reputable service provider for the repairs to be carried out while a suitable replacement vehicle is provided within a reasonable time frame.
